SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE
Our monthly management fees is 6% of the monthly rent, with a minimum of $150/mth for detached homes and a minimum of $120/mth for condo/townhomes. Our tenant placement fee is 50% of the 1st months rent plus advertising.
