Financial Reporting
All of our clients receive financial reporting, prepared by a Certified General Accountant (CGA) so that you can see the tangible growth of your investment. We can assist with tax payments for non-residents to ensure you are up-to-date with the local government tax rules.

SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE
Our monthly management fees is 6% of the monthly rent, with a minimum of $150/mth for detached homes and a minimum of $120/mth for condo/townhomes. Our tenant placement fee is 50% of the 1st months rent plus advertising.
